Triple-R Toilet Paper By-Pass Oil Filter Mount Bracket. This mounting bracket is in great condition. The first toilet paper oil filter was in the early 1960s when I was in college. A fellow student there had one that was his father's, it was made by the Triple-R company. About 4-5 years I sold all my toilet paper oil filters from varied makers but was unable to find this one mounting bracket.
