This Particular part regulates the oil to the lifter in the cylinder head to control pressure to the lifters. This is highly recommended when doing cams.

Regulates lash adjuster supply pressure to a constant 15psi or other specific pressure when being adjusted.

Accomplishes this by restricting flow Instead of releasing extra pressure like the JDM regulator.
