This is a 3D Printed Oil Filter Wrench / Funnel designed for Black Tokyo Roki oil filters that are commonly used on Subaru EJ series motors. Was designed specifically for Subaru EJ series motors that have the oil filter equipped upside down and under the vehicle. May work for other applications but please verify your oil filter diameter.
Designed to fit Oil Filter part numbers: Subaru 15208AA100 or Mazda N3R114302 Funnel Colors Available: Black or Blue The mount / drain is used to store the funnel when not in use and allow any oil to drain out of the funnel. A lid is also provided to keep the inside of the funnel from collecting debris. The mount uses 4 very strong magnets to attach the unit to a metal structure or cabinet. You will need to source a 12oz Gatorade bottle to collect the dirty oil. NOT INCLUDED: "Mini" 12oz Gatorade bottle for drain collection Changing the oil on vehicles equipped with upside down oil filters can be a very messy task. The tools currently available on the market don't have a way of containing the mess and keeping the technician clean. Can also be used as a funnel. The bottom of the wrench is designed to thread perfectly into your oil fill cap to provide easy no-spill filling. When the jobs complete, use the wrench to funnel your old oil into your oil quarts to give clean transportation for disposal. Due to the manufacture process the product will have a texture and layer lines visible with small surface blemishes possible. Specific Features Designed specifically for the Subaru EJ engine. Designed to work with Subaru OEM 14 flute oil filters. May work with other brands, but have not tested. Message me if you are unsure. The funnel hole at the bottom fits a 3/8 ratchet.However, if the oil filter is extremely tight it will most likely slip.
I recommend breaking the filter loose with a normal wrench or
pliers and then slide the funnel on continue loosening and enjoy a no
mess/spill as excess oil will be directed by the funnel The tool acts as a general funnel as well. The tool fits into most quart sized oil containers to drain the old oil back into for disposal.
