New 1961-1966 Ford Red Rotunda R1-a Oil Filter

For sale is a reproduction "Rotunda R1-A" oil filter for high point restorations and show cars. These are red oil filters with our reproduction sticker applied. These are designed to exactly match the original oil filter as closely as possible, featuring the correct colors and script. Please see the pictures. This oil filter is 100% correct for most Fords between 1961 and 1966. The Thunderbird Original Factory Specification published by Vintage Thunderbird Club International (VTCI) says, "Sometime during the 1961 model year, the Rotunda filter was redesigned and received new graphics and part number of C1AZ-6714-A; Rotunda number R1-A. Through the summer of 1965, Ford offered through its Rotunda replacement parts division the red-case R1-A oil filter. This filter was replaced by the the gold-case "6000-Mile" filter. Dealers typically used up their stock of the R1-A through the 1966 model year and beyond. Use on all 1961-1966 Thunderbird would be appropriate." Made in the USA.
