Your order will be shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be sent to you by Pricetronic and can be found on your  "My Pricetronic" page  All items are sent to the address on file with Pricetronic. Any item returned because of an address error will be re-shipped upon payment of actual shipping cost. International take longer, from 5 to 21 days. Please be patient as we have no control over shipping once it leaves our warehouse. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please be aware of shipping delays due to the worldwide pandemic.
Immediate payment is required at the time of sale for most items.  We accept Pricetronic payments because they protect you and us in case there's a problem. Tennessee residents must pay sales tax.  Depending on where you live, we may be required to collect taxes for your state.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange within 30 days. To return an item please use EBAY RETURNS. Items must be in original packaging and in the same ORIGINAL condition (NEW) as when received. We cannot offer a full refund on parts that have been damaged in any way by the buyer. Returns that are not damaged or defective, used, installed, or damaged by customer may be subject to a restocking fee.  Please be sure you have the knowledge and skills to install parts, especially electrical items as they can be damaged by improper installation.
