Lisle 53500 Heavy Duty Swivel Grip Oil Filter Wrench Range 3 1/2" to 3 7/8". This was a Demo out of my Mac Tools Distributor Truck.  It hung on pegboard, thus the wear on the packaging. Has never been in a shop or retail setting.  Package is unopened.
