Shipping Terms All orders ship as expeditiously as possible. We are a dealership with a constantly rotating inventory that serves local & online buyers. Our listings include a fulfillment time should we have to reorder a part in. Please be mindful of the fulfillment time as we may require the entire time estimated. If a need is urgent, please contact us first so we may give you an estimated time for us to ship your order. We do not reserve or order parts without the item first having been purchased. All orders of $200 will have a signature requirement to ensure the item is received. We do not offer overnight shipping services due to cost and other limitations.
Return Policy Electrical parts, air bag modules, seat belts, fuel related parts, or previously installed parts are not eligible for return (however, if defective, is eligible under the factory warranty exchange, please contact us for details on how the exchange works). All other parts must be in a re-sellable condition: must be in its original packaging, must not have been ripped open, not having been installed, and the part number label not damaged. Buyer will be notified once a return part is received. If eligible for return, we will process a refund, minus the restock fee, in 72 hours or less. If it is deemed ineligible for return, Buyer will be notified immediately and will have 14 calendar days to provide either a shipping label or pay through PayPal the cost of shipping the ineligible return back to them. If the 14 calendar days pass without shipping provided by Buyer, the part will be disposed.
