1965-1968 Pontiac Fullsize 421 428 Ho Long Branch Exh Oil Filter

This is an Original Oil Filter Relocation Adapter Pontiac Part #9779559 that was used on all 1965 1966 1967 1968 Pontiac Full Size Models with 421 428 HO motors when equipped with Long Branch Manifolds. This is an original piece and NOT a reproduction. See Part # cast into side. Very Good Condition. Threads are in very good shape. Outside Surfaces Visible when installed are very clean and free of pitting. The Factory PARTING line from the mold is still very crisp and perfectly visible. The reproductions DO NOT have this parting line. This is unique to the original castings only. Please note
what appears to be a few slight possibly screw driver marks in the one surface probably from removing the filter adapter from it. looks worse in photos but that is probably better that way. Very shallow marks.  A little cleaning up and this will seal perfectly. Please use the ZOOM tool and review all the detailed photos shown.
This is not a very common part to find. Very few Long Branch Full Size Pontiacs out there. These would be needed if installing any set of Long Branch Exhaust Manifolds real or reproductions into a Full Size Pontiac as it relocates the position of the oil filter to allow the manifolds to fit.
